Report manager shows a blank page

Hi all. My name is Guilherme and I'm a Braziliam software developer.

I've installed on my computer all the software required to work with MS SQL RS. I log on this computer using my domain user. and a few days ago i needed to change my password (network policy)

Now, when I open the adress http://localhost/reports on my computer, I can't see the installed reports, neither the configuration page.

What should I do?

Thanks in advance.

My guess is that you haven't set up any rights to root folder..

In Server Management Studio you can give your user administration access..

Report is using two different locales

Can anyone help me with this?

I am using IE ver. 6 with en-US locale, and da-DK as the locale on my developing computer.

My problem is:

I am translating a report parameter in one of the reports. What I would like to happen is that the parameter is translated using "en-US" like everything else in the report. But what happens is that the parameter is translated using "da-DK" and the rest of the report (when pressing view report) is translated in "en-US".

Why are there two locales used at the same time?

The order of the languages in the IE language settings is important. Is en-US the top-most language?`

Also note that when using URL access to the report server, the culture for provided parameter values on the URL is determined by the rs:ParameterLanguage parameter (see also http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms155064.aspx).

For the report, you can set the Report.Language property to a specific constant culture value or based on the current user's settings: =User!Language (see also: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms156493.aspx)

Report Formatting Differently on different servers with same RDL

This is a good one:

Same RDL, 2 different servers. I run the report on my computer and export to PDF, it prints properly. When the customer runs the report on their server (SSRS 2K5 SP1, same as mine), they get it displayed differently. The columns on the report extend to the next page and the lines are thicker.

Is this a formatting issue on the customer's PC? It uses standard fonts (Tahoma, Sans-serif).

Any ideas?

maybe you are using a matrix on the report and the customer has different data (more data) that makes the matrix extend?

lines are thicker? I can't think of anything there unless it is the fonts, but you look ok with that.

No, it is not a matrix report. It is a standard layout table that is 10 inches wide, it's set for landscape with .5in margins.

|||I did some more research and started a new report from scratch and the same issue occurs.
